Fancy yourself as a bit of a barista or simply want to liven up your weekend morning latte, then why not give this easy but delicious vegan beetroot latte a go.
Ingredients
210ml Alpro Oat Organic ‘For Professionals’
1 tbsp (10g) beetroot powder
1 espresso
Recipe:
1. Froth the Alpro Oat Organic ‘For Professionals’. Don't have a milk frother? Use a french press or buy one
here.
2. Mix 30ml of frothed Alpro Oat Organic ‘For Professionals’ in a glass with the beetroot powder until smooth.
3. Add your espresso of choice.
4. Add the rest of Alpro Oat Organic ‘For Professionals’.
And it really is as simply as that!
